According to the results, make some suggestions for education are recommended. In order to reach the purposes, this study was investigated by three instruments including SES questionnaire , frustration tolerance scale, and delinquent behavior scale. The samples are 331 students draw from the forth and sixth grades of three elementary schools in Chiayi area. The research data was analyzed in SPSS+pc process, and the methods of data analysis were T-test, one-way ANOVA, Correlation, and Stepwise Regression. The main findings of this study were as followed: 1.On delinquent behavior, gender and grade resulted in significant effect; there was significant correlation between academic achievement and delinquent behavior. 2.Socio-economic status resulted in significant effect both on academic and peer relationship frustration tolerance, but gender did only on academic frustration tolerance. 3. There was significant correlation between academic achievement and delinquent behavior 4. There was significant correlation between frustration tolerance and delinquent behavior. 5. Gender, grade, academic achievement, and peer relationship frustration tolerance can predict 30% of children delinquent behavior. Based on these findings, implications of this study and suggestions for the future research were recommended. Abstract
