The problems during the transforming can be sorted into the following five phases. Those are the specialized self-field of teachers, the accordance between faculty and curriculum, the requirement of equipments and workshops, material-editing, as well as the support from school administration. In this study, the method of documentary analysis is used. The basic theory of the questionnaire survey is also developed. The subject group of questionnaire survey is the teachers in the departments of agriculture-machinery and bio-mechatronics of 17 Vocational Senior High Schools in Taiwan. Important findings of this study are concluded as follows: I.The specialized self-field of the teachers 1.In order to have expected transformations, the source of students, the demanding of market, the academic and employer’s desires of students, and the needs of short-term faculty and equipments have to be considered during transformation. 2.The bio-mechatronics should be basically classified into industrial subjects. 3.Up to now, the transformation from agriculture-machinery department to bio-mechatronics department is not as expected. 4.Relevant professional teachers should have the credit or degree of learning and training programs in the field of bio-mechatronics. 5.Second professional training programs should be added. 6.Off campus programs should be arranged. Students are encouraged to join the systems of internship to qualify themselves for skill certificates. II.The accordance of faculty and curriculum 1.The curriculum course must be subscribed in favor of the transformation for agriculture-machinery department. 2.In the arrangement of courses, planned professional training programs and/or curriculums are more selective. III.Required equipments and workshops 1.Due to the fact that the spaces and equipments are generally insufficient, hence, Compressive workshops may have to be considered. IV.Required materials. 1.Minimizing the gap between vocational school and university in the field of bio-mechatronics is a main factor of the consideration of the arrangement and selection of courses and studying. 2.The cooperation between schools and industries is required. 3.Wide selection of required teaching materials should be considered. V.The support from school administration. 1.The administration chief and faculties should be under cooperation. Yi-Ming Wang 王宜明 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 250 zh-TW
