And try to find out the interface design for processing the right, fast information, and increasing the user performance. This research is by experiments. 60 subjects without experience of using PDA joined this experiment. This experiment included 2 parts. One is versifying the effect of using different icons to represent different things, and the other is versifying the effect of using Layer style menu. After the experiment, the result versified using different icons to represent different things in the PDA could save the screen and increase the user speed of performance. And we found that the Layer menu choice design should be after the second level of menu choice. Then users can implement tasks faster then the usual interface.
