碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 歷史學研究所 === 89 === Abstract This thesis mainly focuses on the change and development of the Philippines Chinese school after the Filipinization Policy which causes the fall and great change on institutions, educational goals, and courses in the Chinese education. It introduces new methods and concepts of teaching and establishes conducting organizations to deal with the challenges, but these also rouse new controversial issues. The fall is in fact a reposition and boiling point. The Chinese education has turned into a foreign language course or ethnic education among the Philippine minorities, which to culture a Philippine citizen with Chinese character, and it is still on the course of its regeneration.
