| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 政治經濟研究所 === 89 === The focus of the thesis is on studying the effects of “Old Age Pension Policy”, and what kind of trade-off effect and influences happened between the original welfare and government affair expenditures after the local government started it in 1995?
In trade-off effect, it could be separate into complete and partial trade-off effect. The complete trade-off effect is mainly analyzes how the local governments social welfare fund is reallocated among various welfare projects after issuing old age pension.
And in the partial one is mainly discusses the influence of “final accounts of revenues and expenditures of local government”, during the increasing of local welfare expenditures because of the old age pension policy carry out. Besides that, it’s including the trade-off relations of annual governmental expenditures and the interactions between annual revenue items.
Eventually, based on the practical study of this subject, I would like to offer some suggestions of citizen pension policy for the future execution.
