Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 醫學工程研究所 === 89 === Following with the melioration of medical and engineering technology in modern times, and the realization of healthy insurance of all people, with regard to the higher arising ratio of accidents and the impatient and magnitude of value for the first aid patients in the urgent task, so it is of great urgency to build up a real time and high efficiency supervision and dispatch system for emergency medical service, with the result that it can rescue more and more invaluable life. According to the purpose, we try to make use of build electric maps and GPS and GIS technology and integrate mobile data communication network in the thesis. It integrates and hands around the instructions of dispatch and reply messages, also it can display the coordinate position and the military situation of carrying out tasks accurately and guickly. It offers medical institution to control the ambulances driving situation and offers policymakers to take advantage of the arrangement data messages, to strive for time urgent of command. First we confer present production plans and technological processes of entirety emergency medical service, in one''s turn we solve problems of about GPS and GIS technology and system design in all respects, and we illustrate and analyze the completed system. Finally we bring up the future research guiding principle and expected outcome in connection with present system shortcomings.
