Description
Summary:博士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系 === 89 === In this dissertation, fault detection and isolation algorithms are developed and applied to GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning, integrity monitoring, and differential GPS (DGPS). These algorithms which are, respectively, Total-Least Squares (TLS) method, Adaptive-QR (AQR) Kalman filtering, and Boostrap Re-sample Technique, can be used to improve the reliability and integrity of GPS system. The TLS approach addresses on the data matrix error associated with the GPS satellite constellation, as well as the observation data error. The AQR Kalman filtering provides not only the position update, but also the more reliable accuracy analysis. The bootstrap re-sample technique can be used to estimate the accuracy of the positioning system, even when the model is not available. We apply these methods to GPS positioning, integrity monitoring, and DGPS. Simulations and experimental results are given to show the performance of the algorithms on the integrity and accuracy.
