To analyze the benefit return from urban renewal should base on some measure method and consider the original society public service’s planning and management. So we could find out the relationship between floor area bonus range and the level of public facility service. Finally, the discussion of floor area bonus’s positive and negative response could suggest us how to correct the imperfection on Urban Renewal Act.
