碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 都市計劃學系 === 89 === The community development after entire plan, is followed by high-technology in Microprocessor advancement, breakthrough of technology of Information and Telecommunication .The human pursues quality of inhabitancy and work environment, has been lashed at globalization and international. The community networking become next generational community revolution. The relative study about present community networking, almost describes process of community networking, it blur to define factors influenced performance of network community. This study tends to conclude influencing factors of community development,applied Chi-square test to evaluate conspicuous factor between Item and community networking, to screen conspicuous factor and classify factor attributes, to conclude five dimensions which is community of resident background index、internal function index、information security index、surrounding index、internet index. The expert questionair of analytic hierarchy process set up Items and Index which weights evaluation of community networking . The results of questionair which selected five samples of community gets statistic of item .The statistical data inputted model of evaluation of network community, has acquired development and evaluation of five dimension of community. The conclusions found traditional community was insufficient seriously in function of network except new community. Therefore providing with solutions of network community after analysis of questionair. The conclusions of previous study provide progress of development of community networking to community planner who is self-criticism in dimension of development of community networking, it also offer government’s strategy plan about development of community networking, supply fundamental infrastructure of successive study about development of community networking.
