Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 89 === The external wall of the building has to face the fate of old and decay after being used for years, no matter the physical inferior change is caused by function, beautiful appearance and safety or the time inferior change is caused by time changing, science and technology improvement. However the external wall renewal is just the best way to last the life of the building, promote the function standard and improve the appearance. The external wall renewal could be conferred in two levels, the narrow definition of “external wall renewal” is to repair and exchange the inferior parts to restore the original state of the function. The broad definition of “external wall renewal” is to modify according to the need of users, architectural technology and social environment changes and so on, besides to restore and fix up the original state of the function. Due to the complication level and difficulty level of the external wall renewal in plan, design and construction are not lower than the ones of general external wall construction considering of deciders, design constructors and users…etc., we try to set up one criticism standard of the external wall renewal substitute proposal which follows “Multi-Standard”, ”Team decision” and “Fuzzy criticism”. The research carries the renewal decision analysis out by questionnaire of experts and uses the real renewal cases of multi-story high business buildings in Taipei as the subjects of the real evidence to interpret the application of this standard. ■ Methods: 1.To clear up the definition, the connotation and the factor of renewal consideration of “ external wall renewal “ by reviewing the documents and summing up the “external wall renewal” relevant issues in order to set up the criticism standard volume of the external wall renewal substitute proposal and sum up the ones. 2.To recognize “ Fuzzy Delphi “, “ Fuzzy AHP “ by reviewing the documents and use those in the steps and limitations of “ external wall renewal “ in order to set up the decision procedure and structure of the external wall renewal. 3.To sieve out the criticism standard of the external wall renewal by questionnaire of experts in order to build up the criticism structure of the substitute proposal of the external wall renewal and then select the one. 4.To make clear real renewal consideration factors and renewal background by investigating the renewal cases and to prove the application of criticism standard of the external wall renewal substitute proposal. ■ Achievements 1.Sum up the three renewal ways of the external wall renewal: “ dismantle and re-build”, “add without dismantling”, “partial repair” and set up the criticism procedure of the external wall renewal and the criticism standard of the external wall renewal substitute proposal. 2.Use the “Fuzzy Delphi” to sieve out the criticism standard and can express the expert opinion faithfully and completely and solve the uncertain problem of traditional Delphi. 3.Use the “Fuzzy AHP” to consider the optimism level of experts and the environment of decision and reflect real situation of the renewal decision. 4.The result of the renewal case evidence according to the criticism standard of the external wall renewal substitute proposal that was set up by this research is suitable for the multi-story high business buildings. This renewal criticism standard could be extended further to other kinds of constructions.
