This research built nested multinomial logit model and multinomial logit model for all responders.Using these models we can explain factors that inflence consumers’ choosing behavior.The main results of this research are as follow: 1. The decreasing of fare and increasing of communication quality did affect the consumers’ choice.Cost and base stations are most important factors.In addition,for some responders,the the intra-network fare is important. 2. The value added features that companies provide were getting less important.Some responders emphasize these feature that are more useful.And Some responders,like university students and low-income students,don’t emphasize these features. 3. Responders who take part in the promotion emphasize the mobile phone’s promotion price and the contract with the telecommunication companies.And some responders emphasize,like low-income students,emphasize the price difference between the origin price and promotion price of mobile phones. 4. The reason that some responders take part in promotion is to get the mobile phones.for these people,mobiles stand for popularity.so advertisements of telecommunication companies take more effect on them. 張淳智 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW
