Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 交通管理學系 === 89 === Generally, high-speed railway was expected to operate in accordance with the schedule. However, both internal and external factors often prevent trains from operating wholly in accordance with the schedule. As a result, this usually leads to the situation of “train delay ”. The train that has been delayed will affect other trains in its following course, and this research uses the method of simulation with C language to build a simulation model of railway system and aims to simulate the high-speed railway in Taiwan. Besides, this research gives some simple examples of rescheduling strategies and tests their capabilities of solving the situations of delay. The strategies of hurrying, overtaking judgment based on time interval, overtaking judgment based on minimum total delay were tested singly or mixed, under the circumstances that some train suffers a delay within 90 minutes. Some scenarios were supposed to test the influence on the whole system when there is any alteration on unique variable, including delayed times, delayed place, train delayed and rescheduling strategy. At last, the measure on number of trains delayed on the opposite direction was proposed, to explore the relation between the number of trains of preparation and the capability of the system to tolerate the delay. The study result shows that mixed strategy sets have better ability to recover the delay than unique strategy sets; furthermore, enough time and space are important for the rescheduling strategies to work effectively.
