The Constituents of the Roots of Stellaria dichotoma L. var. lanceolata

碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 化學系 === 89 === The dried roots of Stellaria dichotoma L.var. lanceolata(5.76 kg) were extracted with MeOH, and then concentrated under reduce pressure to give dark brown crude extract 1.2 kg . The crude extract was partitioned between H2O and CHCl3, and then with n-BuOH. Fifty-one compounds were isolated by usual chromatographic methods. The structure of forty-six compounds were determined by spectral analysis. They are stellarine A and B、 stellarboline A~W、1-acetyl-3-methoxycarbonyl-β-carboline、9-H-β-carboline-1,3,4-trione、vanillic acid、3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propionic acid、β-sitosterol and stigmasterol mixture、methyl-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propanate、β-sitosteryl glucoside、tussilagoline B、adenosine、uracil、furan-3-carboxylic acid、N-furanoyladenosine、6-C-galactopyranosylisoscutellarein、2-methylpyridin-3-ol、5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural、5-butanoxymethylpyrrole-2-carbaldehyde、5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-carboxylic acid、dichotomin A、dichotomin E. Among them, stellarboline A~W、5-butanoxymethylpyrrole-2-carbaldehyde、N-furanoyladenosine were isolated from natural source for the first time.
