Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生命科學院碩士在職專班 === 89 === Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been considered as an ideal and noninvasive techniques for imaging and diagnosing of myo- cardial and heart functions owing to the good soft tissue contrast and nature flow phenomenon, especially in the dilated and hyper -trophic cardiomyopathy. MRI is very suitable for the diagnosis and quantification of ventricular volume, stroke volume, ejection fraction, and myocardial mass. After the advancement of higher technique on the machine. MRI has been increasing dramatically on the utility of study. The pilot study including pigs heart for in vitro imaging, and then followed with an in vivo and in vitro imaging study of cat heart. The clinical study included the heart MRI data from 20 healthy young man (age 23- 26 years). This study demonstrated that there is a good calculated from MR imags obtained from the in vivo and in vitro studies. The correlation of in vitro study (LV only ,n=8, R =0.99) and in vivo studies(LV mass 10g, imaging mean 10.75±1.3g) was excellent as well as the inter and intra-observer variance. There is a good result of the myocardial mass and heart function calculation studied by MRI.
