The evaluation of bond strength is a major consideration in structural design. In the study, by difference parameter reinforced size、concrete age、earthquake intensity to simulate real floor state. The pullout test was used a new type machines and technique. The result show earthquake effects on bond in newly placed reinforced concrete would decrease the chemical adhesion, the result whould make sure from another pullout test DS 2082.
