According the process of data analyses to induce obstructions of that advance learning organization. A practically implementing and domestically experiences theory was expected to created value of study both on theoretical and practical. 「Learning history」method was used to recode the process that advance learning organization on this research. Explore the case company and complete structure of learning theory, and analyze the circumstances of company advance learning organization, and the troubles of business build up learning organization, and according to 「Learning history」method recoded to generalize three categories and fifteen obstacle factors exist in the process of business advance learning organization, and try to describe the cause of obstacle exist in the process. In the future, businesses have to face the environment changed more and more fast.「Learning」is the advantage of competitive market. Business must make to everyone that in origination has capability of learning; it can make advantage of products, management, marketing, and strategy etc. Business continuous learning to overcome obstacles of learning, continuous advantage.
