碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 89 === The main purposes of this study were: (a) to construct performance appraisal indicators for Shin-Juang Stadium of Taipei County; (b) to examine whether demographic variables of stadium activity and facility users and providers would have impacts on the users’ and providers’ conception of each indicator significance magnitude; and (c) to analyze perceived indicator significance magnitudes between stadium activity and facility users and providers. The study involved 600 stadium facility users and performance audiences and 80 activity directing, scheduling and managing associate personnel. The data for this study were gathered by questionnaire survey. A total of 640 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.The operative performance appraisal indicators for Shin-Juang Stadium of Taipei County were “Work and Service Attitude”, “Interactions with Citizens”, “Stadium Facilities”, “Stadium Traffic Conditions” and “Stadium Operation”. 2.User’s gender and participation level had no effect on the recognition degree of stadium operative performance appraisal indicators. 3.There was a significant difference on the recognition degree of “Interaction with Citizens” among users with different age groups. 4.There was a significant difference on the recognition degree of “Interaction with Citizens” among users with different educational degrees. 5.There were significant differences on the recognition degrees of “Stadium Facilities” and “Stadium Traffic Conditions” among users of different occupations. 6.Providers’ age, educational degree and employment time length had no effect on recognition degrees of the “Work and Service Attitude”, “Interactions with Citizens”, “Stadium Facilities”, “Stadium Traffic Conditions” and “Stadium Operation”. 7.There was a significant difference on the recognition degree of “Interactions with Citizens” between male and female providers. 8.There were significant differences on the recognition degrees of “Work and Service Attitude”, “Interactions with Citizens”, “Stadium Facilities”, “Stadium Traffic Conditions” and “Stadium Operation” among providers with different status. 9.There were significant differences on the recognition degrees of “Work and Service Attitude”, “Stadium Traffic Conditions” and “Stadium Operation” between providers’ and users’.
