碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 89 === The main purposes of this research were, to understand what are the factors influencing the will to participate training of sports players of the physical-education projected senior high schools were to compare the differences among factors of delegate players with variables of various background; to offer concrete and practicable suggestions as the references for the development of physical-education projected junior and senior high schools and sports delegate players in the future. This study took physical-education projected junior and senior high schools and sports delegate players of year 2,000 as the sampling scale, choosing 709 players from 16 projected sports items, including swimming, arrowing, basketball, track and field, baseball, swording, gymnastics, judo, martial art, hockey, shooting, volleyball and karato. Also, this study applied “ Cognition scale of factors influencing the will to participate training of sports players of the physical-education projected senior high schools and sports delegates ” as instrument to collect data, totally collecting 511(72.07%) effective feedbacks and from the results analyzed were listed as followings. 1. Nowadays, the cognitive factors of the players of physical education projected junior and senior high schools and sports delegate teams include factors of self-cognitive capability, factors of academic pressure, factors of joys to participate and factors of the organization of delegate teams. 2. Female players were more obviously various from the male in the aspect of factors of self cognitive capability 3. There were no obvious differences among factors of self-cognitive capability, factors of academic pressure, factors of joys to participate and factors of the organization of delegate teams. 4. The conformation about coach’s professional capability in the aspect of factors of academic pressure from the players was obviously more medium than competitive. 5. On the factors of self-cognitive capability, the cognition of karato players was obviously higher than that of players of gym, track-field; On factor of academic pressure, the cognition of volleyball players is obviously higher than that of baseball, karato and judo players; On factors of joy to participate, the cognition of karato players is obviously higher than that of judo players. n factors of the organization of delegate teams, the cognition of baseball players were obviously higher than that of karato and judo players. 6. Correlation exists in “The earlier the players participate the sports, the higher cognition of joy to participate which means the factor were growing stronger as time and tide passed by.
