When the Intranet system is busy, many important computer operation of business system are forced to wait. So, when the Intranet system traffic overload, we need a network management method of network user to gather a better effective service of computer system in enterprise. In Intranet, Time is very important for the degree of Intranet congested. Transaction is required in working hours. It’s will raised for the degree of Intranet congested;However, Transmission is unhindered in Intranet after working. It’s key point about Intranet Management issue that How Intranet congested available prevented and relaxed. In particular, it doesn’t have the plan about raising network bandwidth after establishing Intranet in enterprise in Taiwan. It’s very important that how network manager recommend a manner about solving congested、control the authority for using network、to ensure the Business information is speedy delivered, and satisfy the require of Business communication. In this thesis, according to the differential service concept, we recommend the rule that apply the ABC rule to offer differential service in Intranet, and propose the model “Network flow manage system by ABC differential service. The system relies on the network manager entry the degree of business contribution for user and information type to acquire the authority of using network, and construct the Network flow DSS system. Business users using the resource of Intranet are controlled that depend on the statue for network flow and generate the “Stopping use the relevance network applications” direction.
