Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 企業管理學系 === 89 === In view of the continuous innovation on the network and related technologies, ‘Electronic-Commerce’ has become the most important topic on the corporate management of the new era in recently years. The information technology changes the worldwide business model and raises many opportunities. Due to one of the characters of the traditional industries, which is of being able to adapt to the business environment changes, without setting for an E-Commerce business model, they will lose their competition in the future. Therefore, the traditional industries have to adopt E-Commerce for promoting their competitive advantage.
However, do all kinds of firms in traditional industries suit for adopting E-Commerce? The focus of this research is to identify the critical successful factors for traditional industries in establishing E-Commerce and analyze the business operating performance. This research also tries to build a simple model for E-Commerce analysis based on the concept of the critical successful factors, the investigation on current situation of the E-Commerce, the industrial analysis theories, the literature review on previous studies, and the case analysis. Furthermore, the model is employed on the survey for practical investigation, and the factor analysis and the principle component analysis are used for data analysis in order to extract the critical successful factors for E- Commerce implementation.
