The industry didn't grow fast like former day since 1999, cause of the extending and price war. At main time, the aspect ratio that widespread use is about 4:1 to 6:1. The factories have no alternative till new technology is developed, and bow before the process of low yield and high cost. This study using Taguchi method with S/N ratio and ANOVA analysis practically on printed circuit board manufacturing. And raise the aspect ratio to 8:1 for mass production. F. T.
