Multi-Level-Marketing business was popular in Taiwan. The unique bonus payroll system is the key factor to create the grand occasion. The purpose of this research is to unveil its mystery via studying the typical bonus payroll systems especially in the controversial Binary system. By way of comparing the different operations of various bonus systems, business or individual that have interests in Multi-Level-Marketing can take this essay for reference.
In research result, we found when the Multi-Level-Marketing business entered the matured period in Taiwan; its growing space was squeezed by traditional business. The influence of the relating bonus system declined and its profit shrank accordingly. Efficient administration ability, diversified development strategy and duplicating the successful business models to overseas market will be the further issues for all the Multi-Level-Marketing business to study.
No sole system can be run in everywhere. The Multi-Level-Marketing system is only one of the distribution arts. To master the special feature of products and combine with super enterprise concepts paired with organization culture is the guarantee of a successful Multi-Level-Marketing business.
