Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所 === 89 === This research is an empirical analysis of MBAs and the graduat- es of MBA in Taiwan, the dissertation focuses on acquiring professional certificates and professional verification(P&V), exploring career management and its effects. The study began with analyzing the focus program of individual vision. ego identity、career decisionmaking、vocational construct system. P&V and action plan among a pyramid of information
processing : knowledge、decision and executive level. Then the relation- ships among P&V investment、career decisionmaking、the strategies of P&V、the competitive factors of professional certificate’s voc-ation. The results of research indicates: (1)where P&V patterns were concerned, the ego identity、individual-vision、vocational cognitive
and career construction were significantly higher than career indecisive-
ness. (2)Regarding to P&V and performance linkages, career decisiveness’s P&V intensity intensity correlated significantly positively to its revenue-growth, motivation growth, self-esteem , self-actualization and licenses, but negatively related to its P&V project’s bud- get and its cur-
rent vocation.(3)The most important success factors to P&V management
were: holistic choice, action plan、self-control、P&V’s strategies、P&V’s project planning and control skills. It seems that the Taiwan experience in establishing science-based P&V with well law could provide a good management for the license of professional certificates.
