Multidimensional antecedents will be included in our model, those are corporate culture, organizational climate, job satisfaction. Through the process of dimension section , questionnaries design, subject selection and measurement, as well as statistical analysis and conclusion, a multidimensional effect model of company commitment for different industry employees will be developed followed by the theoretical and practical implications of this study.
