The TFT-LCD is the most potential and competitive product among all of the high-tech industry. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among business strategies, organizational life cycle (OLC), and human resource management strategies (HRMS) of TFT-LCD industry. After questionnaire and interview to the senior managers of human resource department of case companies. We found some useful results and statement below. The relationship among the business strategy, organizational life cycle (OLC), and human resource management strategy that this study developed are verified. That business organization in it’s start-up stage should apply effectiveness human resource management strategy; in growth stage should apply assist human resource management strategy; and in mature stage involve human resource management strategy should be applied.
