Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 89 === Abstract In this thesis, we successfully propose six novel current-/voltage-mode biquad filters by employing the CCII(s). In the part of current-mode biquad filters: First, a novel universal current-mode second-order filter with three inputs and one output employing two CCIIs, two grounded capacitors, and two grounded resistors is presented. Note that we don’t need any inverting-type or double-magnitude input current signals, and any component matching conditions for realizing the five generic filter functions. Secondly, two novel current-mode second-order filters with three/two inputs and one/three output(s) employing three CCIIs, two grounded capacitors and three grounded resistors are presented. No component matching conditions are used in these two circuits which enjoy the orthogonal control ofω0 and Q. In the part of voltage-mode biquad filters: First, we propose a novel universal voltage-mode second-order filter with two/one input(s) and four outputs employing two CCIIs, two grounded capacitors, two grounded resistors and two floating resistors. It is the first time to propose a universal voltage-mode second-order filter for realizing five generic voltage—mode filter signals without any voltage-mode adders. Secondly, we propose a “five”-output voltage-mode filter employing three CCIIs ,one grounded capacitor, one floating capacitor, four grounded resistors and two floating resistors, which can simultaneously realize five generic voltage—mode filter signals from five output terminals. It is the first “five”-output voltage-mode filter circuit and enjoys the orthogonal control of the ω0 and Q through separate two grounded resistors. In the part of current-/voltage-mode biquad filter: we propose a universal current-mode biquad filter with three/one input(s) and one/three output(s) which can be acted as, in the meanwhile, a multifunction voltage-mode biquad filter with three/two inputs and one/three output(s) by employing three compound CCIIs, two capacitors, and three/four resistors. The proposed circuit enjoys the orthogonal control of the ω0 and Q. Finally, we verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed circuits by using Pspice. The simulation results agree very well with the theoretical predictions.
