But most of them just support teaching materials . We hope to design an Web learning base on individualized instruction. Because the individualized instruction emphasizes learning by self. But before design an Personal Learning Web, we want to design some ways to evaluate student’s learning situation. In general, in order to find out students'''' learning status, teachers should give students the diagnosis test after learning. But in the condition of facing different degrees of students, it will be an inefficient and hard work if we use the traditional test or interview to diagnose students’ learning status. Besides, many asynchronous systems of distance education, which are developed by computer technology, also use in the Internet. As to these systems, they are stage learning so that it should indeed need the stage diagnosis to decide students’ learning rate of process. Therefore, it will be helpful to students’ learning if we can make good use of the computer technology to transform the traditional concept mapping of diagnosis into computer-assisted test.
