Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 89 === Abstract The Chinese medicine of Glycyrrhiza Radix. (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) (Leguminosae) are traditionally use as anti-inflammatory and antidiarrhea. The Chinese medicine of Glycyrrhiza Radix. were extracted with 95 % EtOH . After evaporation of the solvent, the concentrated EtOH extract was partitioned between H2O and EtOAc. By means of various column chromatographic separation , ten compounds were isolated from the EtOAc fraction. By spectral methods , nine Flavonoids including of liquiritigenin (1) , 4’,5 - dihydroxy - 3, 7 - dimethoxy flavone (2) , licoflavonol (3) , topazolin (4) , formononetin (5) , isoangustone A (6) , 4 , 2’ , 4’ - trihydroxy - chalcone (8) , isoliquiritin (9) , isoliquiritin apioside (10) . And one coumarin glycycoumarin (7) .
