For many years, European and the U.S. have set after about 2,000 the innovation incubator centers. The most are academic incubator center and has successfully making many SME (Small and Medium Enterprise). New is pushing SME to renew the incubator policy. And in 1996, set the encourage government and non-government organization to set the SME, to establish incubator center, use SME to develop foundation, encourage government and non-government organization to use the source of software and hardware.
This study is aims at investigate 48 incubators and 550 tenants. The main goal is investigate on the relationship among the incubator’s nurturing service, tenant’s characteristic and nurturing performance. Incubators receiving 30 ones, and the rate of valid retrieval is 62.5%. Tenants receiving 91 ones, and the rate of valid retrieval is 16.55%. The analysis of questionnaire adopt descriptive statistic, T-Test, Analysis of Variance, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis etc. as the methods of statistic analysis.
This research shows the incubator’s nurturing service items in supply and important perception different items: entity equipment service and administrative service. In the tenant characteristic, incubators and tenants perception different items: enterpriser attempt success and to have product authority.
On the relationship between the tenant characteristic and nurturing performance, the nurturing performance is obvious connection between marking and finance characteristic. The nurturing performance is obvious influence between entity equipment service and technology service. Therefor, the incubator should be initiative understand tenant’s demand. The tenant should be initiative to contact incubator.
