Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 89 === The main object of this paper is to use three kind of definition with Ideal Straight Line,Endpoint Line,Best-fit Line to discuss four static parameter of Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC): offset error, gain error, DNL(differential nonlinearity) error, INL(integral nonlinearity).The four analysis methods of using are Extreme Value Analysis,Root Sum Square,Monte Carlo Analysis,and Fast Monte Carlo Analysis. According to the data of simulation,we compare which definition and method can get this exact result, and the definition of Best-fit Line and the tolerance analysis of Monte Carlo Analysis are the best method. Another,according to the result of simulation the correlation coefficient of between components must be considered.
