And it usually needs to install the f θ lens, which often use a spinning mirror to reflect the laser light, and to modify the stable angle speed. This way, it can be the stable line scanning speed. It can make the calculating of measurement convenient and precisely. However, because the f θ is very expensive to make, so the laser scanning measurement system can’t lower its expense. This essay is frying to research that how we can use the simple laser scanning measurement system instead of the f θ. This way, we can decrease the expenses of taking the f θ away to make the object’s diameter measurement come true. The simple laser scanning measurement system, which was designed by this essay, includes laser light’s production, the respondent reception and the induction of the signal. The experiments of this essay include the way of movement of the objects, measurement of pillar’s outer diameter, the measurement of the spinning light’s motor and the measurement of different kings of colored pillars’ outer diameter. And use the numeral virtual method to be the compare and the evidence of the experimental outcome. The advantages of this system are a very short period time’s reaction, around 53 ms and the reduction of expenses. And by the methods of getting an example and dividing, we can get the total uncertainty of the objects in my experimental system. For example, when it is 10 mm, the pillar’s 153 μm , and when it is 13 mm, the uncertainty’s 194 μm . We tried to modify the controlling program from the geometrical point and the CCD and the sensor’s lighting level. Or we can use math’s induction directly to imitate and to modify the numeral value under the inferior and simple system, which can experience and promote the precision of the system.
