Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 建築與都市計畫學系碩士班 === 89 === There is an undivided connection between the result of architectural education of Vocational High School and the demand for basic human resource of construction industry in the rapidly changing era of manufacturing industry and the evolution of human society structure. The specialized subject courses have an obvious influence to the Vocational High School education, especial after the new standard of courses has been executed.
The influence of basic human resource supply-demand and the professional course of construction and architecture of Vocational High School is the investigation subject of research. The content of main investigation is the capacity of demand for graduate students of construct architecture for the construction industry. Furthermore by literature analysis, dialogue investigation, and personal visit to process the research to examine new course standard of construct architecture of professional subject is weather the courses are acceptable by the employment market.
Regarding to the proven investigation research and literature analysis we have the following conclusion:
1. It is popularly demand for the graduated student of Vocational High School in construction industry. The main reasons of demand for those to be a construction worker are: ability to educated, necessary qualification of work and lower payment.
2. Although the most request level on the “graduated construction student” is practical technique, it has been changing to emphasize the ability of engineering management and supervisor. The claim of the job position tendency has been changing from the fundamental wedge of skillful human labor (skilled workman is primary, technician is secondary Vocational High School degree) to the middle wedge of skillful human labor (supervisor and technician are primary, technician, skilled workman is secondary— Junior College degree). It is shown strong sense that the most necessary capabilities from those who are graduated from Vocational High School. Especially to adjust the specialized curriculum of Vocational High School to fulfill the need of employment market; in the other hand the intention of learning and working (occupation morality) should be more enthusiastic and the specialized technique or knowledge that is learned from school are in conformity with respect to the employee market.
3. The specialized curriculum of construct and architecture department although to be equipped with capability being employed also need to strength the ability to promote their education level, but so far it always have the phenomenon that happen to those who are graduated from Vocational High School is lacking specialized technique or knowledge in the employment market.
4. It is strongly recommend to strengthen acknowledge of constructive quality, capability of construction supervision and calculation of quotation to those who are graduated from civil engineering department. Strengthen the construction supervision, basic regulation of building technique, building law, knowledge of building technique regulation and the appraisal and quotation for the blueprint to those who are graduated from architecture department as well.
5. According to the capability of being employed it is necessary to increase revision of specialized curriculum to match the update standard. Acknowledge of those construction quality and related curriculums of supervision of civil engineering are supposed to add to the civil engineering department; construction law, construct operation and construction law, etc be increased in the relative curriculums of architecture department.
