This system can improve the difficulty and the complication for developing the PLC Internet control system in the past. The objective of this plan is to combine the World Wide Web and Modulus Production System (MPS) to develop the architecture for the remote supervisory control system. In this study, we employ the MPS in the Automation Laboratory of Chung-Hwa University as a test jack to develop an Internet supervisory control system that includes the communication technique, the user interface, and database. The main purpose of this study is to achieve remote supervisory control and remote repair for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). These can allow equipment supplier to perform supervision, analysis, study, and process in the real-time state in order to decrease recovery time when the equipment is out of function, Thus the productivity and the effective use rate of equipment is increasing .
