Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 89 === The preliminary result of developing a graphical input program for the electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) by using the object -oriented program C++ Builderä is introduced. Users can use this graphical user interface (GUI) program to edit the simulated system, then easily translate it into an EMTP code. This can greatly reduce the complexity of editing the EMTP code. First, the functions and coding structure of EMTP are introduced. Then the developed graphical input program using object -oriented program C++Builder is explained. Finally, several electrical power quality related examples are given for verification. It is anticipated that the GUI of EMTP developed in this thesis can assist people who are beginnig to learn EMTP or interested in power related problems.
