Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 89 === Purposes The purpose of my research focus on exploring the relationship between organizational learning behaviors and learning effectiveness of R&D divisions, and attempt to describe above relationship by 3 non-financial perspectives of balanced scorecard that include customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. Methods My thesis is explorative research via case study. The resources of relative datum include the primary datum and the secondary datum, the former mainly derived from the processes of interview with the case companies; the latter originated with periodicals and Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and etc. The learning effectiveness is measured in 3 non-financial perspectives of balanced scorecard as above mention. Conclusions By my inference, I inducted three parts conclusions: 1.To learn in more highly uncertain conditions, to have more concern with the selectivity and performance of organization learning models. 2.The more R&D members’ knowledge is similar to the knowledge sources, the more it is advantageous to absorb the knowledge. 3.The holomorphic organizational learning behaviors can improve three perspectives effectly as follows: the customers’ value, the efficiency of the internal business process, and the effect of employees’ learning and growth.
