Communist China have power to explain ideology’s definition that can solid regime and defend interest of ruling class. They strengthen ideology of Communist to be the only legal ideology in Mainland of China. Ideology of CCP has decisive influence in Communist China when they want to make a policy. There are many struggles for power to explain Ideology of Communism behind making policy. The purpose of research is to find out what change the policies of employment security since it initiated its Open and Reform Policy. By attempting to explain the policy of employment security in Mainland of China for the analysis relationship between of Ideology of Communist China and the policy of employment security. The conclusions of research are: 1.The major CCP''s ideology characteristics of policies of employment security included Collectivism, communism values equal distribution or allocation and 0-Unemployment before 1978. The Government interfered market of labor force and opposed the doctrine of labor force is one of commodities. The state should protect labor’s employment. 2.Deng Xiao Ping and reformers advocated making market of labor force, market economy in the post-communist era. However, on the other hand, Anti-reform, conservative ideologues believed that reform and open-market policies disobey Ideology of Communist China. 3.The leaders of CCP changed inflexible Ideology of Communist after the reform movement and open-market policies in PRC, outdated policies of employment security were seriously eroded by the newly emerging market economy. 許繼峰 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW
