Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 應用化學研究所 === 89 === Decontamination is to rapidly remove chemical warfare agent from persons, military vehicles, equipment and facilities by both physical and chemical methods, aiming at reducing diffusion of warfare agent and damage of persons, as well as recovering usage value of contaminated materials. These studies are classified into three: the first is to examine the effect of expired DS2 (Decontamination Solution), which is in active service of the army, by the 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum to make a suggestion of its improvement. Furthermore, research the thermal characterization and kinetic of organic resin complex compound and thermodynamics on the basis of not only idea, that these years USA army used organic absorbent resin as decontamination agent for contamination of skin and equipment, but also concept, that copper complex compound can oxidize and decompose warfare agent. The third is to synthesize the brand new resin for examination of molecular structure, calculation of spinlattice relaxation time in the rotating frame, and analysis of thermal characterization and kinetic.
