This study analyzes the factors of the deviation effect from twist drills、bench drill press、coolant、fixture and the workpiece materials (S25C low carbon steel and brass). Further work on the study is to make an experiment for the two materials on changing the rotational speed、cutting lip length、point angle of the drills . The results show that the smaller deviation comes from some conditions, which include a certain rotational speed、cutting lip length、point angle of the drills.
