Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 88 === The specialized adhesive element is developed to study the stress distribution on the adhesive, It has the advantages of reducing the adhesive bond problem into two-dimension in-plane problem, and avoiding fined meshes in the adhesive. The special adhesive element is adopted to analysis the cases of adhesive-bonded lap joints and double patch reparation. In the case of lap-joints, the finite element numerical solutions are compared with theoretical results base on the one dimension classical elastic theory. For reparation, the damage area is simulated as a hole on a composite laminate. The repair efficiency is evaluated by comparing the stress concentration factor on the damaged hole before and after reparation. The geometric parameter such as thickness of adhesive, adherent, patch and material parametric analysis.
