Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 88 === Due to the fast development of the information technology and the increasing competition, the only way to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise is to closely observe the market information, coordinate the of enterprise''s competitive, satisfy the needs of the market, and customize the products and services. Therefore, the key success factor for the investment project is to evaluate the plan in advance systematically. The purpose of this study is to form an evaluation framework that considers current technology as that a feasible evaluation processes can be executed. The proposed evaluation process consists of three levels: strategic, operational, and financial evaluation. First, a QFD''s relationship matrix was formed to select the most competitive factor in the manufacturing process. Second, an AHP model was used to select the best alternative. Third, the analysis of economic and effectiveness was performed. This evaluation model was used to evaluate the introducing the BOPP (Biaxial of Polypropylene) facility for a practicing company. The result shows that this evaluation framework can be used for introducing the new technology facility with more objectives and correct conclusions.
