Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 88 === User requirement analysis is the critical steps of system development processes. How to develop a system that correspondence with user’s requirement is concerned? Can system developer understand user’s requirement efficiently? Are there misconstructions during the communication? Those are important issues when evaluate the performance of systems and call the need for this study. Based on communication theory, the study provided a communication matrix to analyze communication satisfaction across a variety of practical systems, and used fuzzy theory to find the cognitive conflicts in the matrix grids. The results of the study hope to improve the efficiency of communication between users and system developers and help to develop a satisfying system.
