Tsai 蔡昀真 碩士 國立陽明大學 環境衛生研究所 88 Children once stayed in the radiocontaminated apartments were registered through a comprehensive epidemilogical study since 1996. In them, 51 boys and 40 girls were followed-up regularly before they reached 18 years old at the age of relocation. The measured height were referred to the height of age and sex specific general population in Taiwan. The cumulative dose was assessed by Taiwan Cumulative Dose system (TCD). Controlling repeat measurements were modeled by GEEs to estimate the trend in height growth. The changes in height percentile (CHP) between the last height measurement before relocation and the last height measurement after relocation were 3.7±26.7% in boys and 5.4±24.9% in girls. The changes in height percentile were significantly increased and positively associated with the TCD. The velocity of CHP (VCHP) also were increased with dose after controlling sex and puberty. Catch-up growth was observed in boys and girls after a period of relocation. Wushou P. Chang 張武修 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW
