Because the problem of the data collection of large area, the importance of chain of command cause every person pay attention. For example, the information promulgates and query is urgent. But paper is a problem of query. Now because the fast development of PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), so it can be used for emergency data management. The research object hope to use the function of PDA, applied to the management of rescue with mobile communication to gather all the information and coordinate in order to plan treatment. The system developed with client server application, client with Microsoft CE OS, browser with Pocket Browser, server designed with ASP (Active Server Page). The main functions for the application were emergency data query, management of patients’ medical records, agenda for the management of emergency organization, the transfer hospital query. Database used Access2000; medical records used the sample of 1997 national health Institute published. The research conclusion is PDA with wireless communication can resolve the problem with data transfer. Because the system focus on development of emergency data management and support, so in the future can study more function with PDA and wireless communication.
