Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學學系 === 88 === Abstract: In order to survive in the much complicated situation such as rapid progress in science and technology,shorter life cycle of products, multified customers needs,the nowadays business has to keep up with the change in environment to improve the business that can provide adequate product in time and achieving customers satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to establish the supply chain management(SCM)model and the quick response(QR)technique as the result on business process reengineering. For establishing a SCM model,The key customer of the key products and the key work flow process in the supply chain of key products are found out. In the study,the beauty and health food business and the drugstores are taken as the cases of illustration. Through interviewing with the top manager of these businesses, key products and key customers are determined according to their annual sales,then KJ method and ABC method are applied to find the key work flow process. The above process are analysed by using SCOR and are improved by using quick response technique,and finaly the SCM analyzing model is established. In this study, the objects contains four members,namely,upstream and down stream shops, branches and customers. There are five objectives in this study:(1).to find the key Product of the Business;(2).to find the key customer from the key product;(3).to find the key operation procedure of the SCM from the key customer of the key products and to improve it;(4).to adopt the technique of the QR from the key operation procedure;(5). To establish the performance analysis model of smooth SCM. After analyzing the two operation cases ,the obtained results are as follows: (1).To propose the planning job for establishing the whole SCM model for the Business.
