| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 88 === In recent years, with the improvement of network technologies and hardware supports, more and more human behaviors have changed into electronic ones, such as Distance learning, E-commerce, academic researches, and so on. We can find that network have become an important part in our daily life. In traditional, scholars can get new knowledge and exchange their ideas with others by joining a conference. But, however, this will cause time and cost consuming. Scholars always contribute their papers with the mail, and wait for the response for a long time. Moreover, for the conference holder, it is very hard to maintain a conference scheduling. And if we can use the resources in the network to make a virtual conference environment, lower costs, faster turn-around, and access easily will increase more academic researches. Virtual conferencing is a trend of future communications in World Wide Web. It is feasible to use electronic conferencing technologies to organize future international conferences. Consequently, we develop a virtual conference environment system to help the people who want to hold a conference or want to join a conference. This system is called "Virtual Conferencing Communication and Management System". In this system, two main subsystems are included, the Virtual Conference Communication System, and the Virtual Conference Management System. With the system, we can save more resources and make the conference more efficient and autonomous. This paper focuses on the Virtual Conference Management System. We will develop a complete suite of integrated tools to support your planning, design, and implementation efforts during the deployment of new network conference scheduling of an existing network infrastructure, such as registration, submission, evaluation, flow controlling, maintaining and so on in this virtual conference environment.
