Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 化學學系 === 88 === A series of new ligands contained hydrazone-bridge were synthesized sucessfully, and complexed with silver(I) to formed double helical complexes respectly, [Ag4(Py-Me-(Clpz)2)2](X)4, [Ag2(C2-Me-(Clpz)2)2](Y)2, [Ag2(Ph-Me-(Clpz)2)2](Y)2, (X=ClO4,Y=CF3SO3). The crystal structures were confirmed by X-ray diffractometry. The composition of solution states were investigate by NMR, FAB-MS and Element analysis methods. The crystal structure of the complex [Ag4(Py-Me-(Clpz)2)2](X)4 showed the two equivalent ligands were wrapped around the two helical axes in a double helical array. The complex [Ag2(C2-Me-(Clpz)2)2](Y)2 showed one-dimention infinite arrangement by weak silver-silver and p-pinteraction. The solution states of the complexes and self-assembling process were examined by NMR and UV/Vis titration experiments to develop the reaction mechanism. The self-recognition process was studied by titrating a mixture of two different ligands with silver(I) salt.
