In recent year, there are so many domestic software companies involved in Taiwanese market also the same from some famous international ERP package software companies. The traditional ERP is based on the fundament of MRP so it can match the requirement of manufacturing; but for ERP, its new idea has applied to all kinds of field not just focus on manufacturing. So, the main topic of this project is to propound how to find a suitable ERP model for computer selling channels. First of all, for domestic and international, we should discuss with some experts and some paper searches which regarding in this field to understand the features of selling channels then to differentiate the structure of ERP so as to set up a general model of ERP for middle size Taiwanese companies. Second, we use flow chart analysis and system program, PASTA, to finalize this ERP model.
