Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 生產系統工程與管理研究所 === 88 === Under the fast developing of the Internet and Electronic Commerce, the enterprises in Taiwan should face to the economic attitude change between the suppliers and the customers. In order to upgrade the competitive advantages, the enterprises introduce Electronic Commerce to form the Electronic Net in the industries to reduce the impact by the marketing change. Electronic Net(E-Net), is a group of isolated organizations or individuals which rely on each others to build up a win-win situation by cooperation to form a expertise- separated, resource back-up and knowledge-shared linkage. It should use the electronic commerce integration technology to progress varieties of economic activities and enhance the network of collaboration value and promote the overall competitive ability. Therefore, we will study the application of the Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce in the “Center-satellite system” by questionnaire survey and focus on automobile and textile industries. It is affected by the introduction factors, implementation method, and execution performance and so on when constructing electronic net for the Center-Satellite Operation system. As a result, there are apparent effects while the Center-Satellite system implements Electronic Net in textile industry especially in the environment, organization and technology. For the execution performance, there is no apparent influence. But, environment, organization and technology will affect the execution performance. Unfortunately, there is no conclusion about the automobile industry owing to the insufficient questionnaire’s feedback and the difference of industrial characteristic response. Thus, we cannot compare the results between textile and automobile industries.
