However the company should have a complete supply chain system and the ability of computer acquisition and logistic support to make the E-Commerce successfully. The physical distribution of vehicle dispatching plays an important role in the decision making of management. In the same time, how to computerize the activities of dispatching is also an important part of commerce automation. The key points of dispatching activities are using vehicles effective and making the shortest route. It is also very important to deliver goods in the shortest time. The vehicle problems are NP-hard problems. Most approaches for solving the vehicle problems are heuristic which are easy to find the local optimal solution. In this research, the genetic algorithm is used to avoid finding the local optimal solution. Genetic algorithm is an effective searching method which has been widely used in artificial intelligence research. Although genetic algorithm is good in using multiple search to find out the good solution., its effectiveness and efficiency is based on the randomness and greedy method by using computer. In this research, a genetic algorithm method is proposed to solve the vehicle problem which develops a new approach for solving the dispatching problem of supply chain management in the future.
