碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業工程學系 === 88 === The ELECTRE Method was proposed by Benayoun in 1966 and is one of the best methods to solve the multiple attribute decision problems. However, there are some problems in this method. For example, due to the over-arbitrary threshold setting, it is unable to rank the total alternatives in the decision problem. And due to the vague linguistic rating followed by the interaction of the alternatives and the attributes which were concerned by the decision maker in the beginning and then lots of effective information were lost, the consequence of the analysis is also questioned. It is therefore, this research removes the threshold, as mentioned above and obtains the final result by finding another suitable threshold after combining the concordance matrix and the discordance matrix. In this way, it minimizes the losing information and solves the problem of being unable to rank the alternatives in order at once. In addition, by fuzzifying each of decision parameters, the concordance set and the discordance set, the vagueness of the subjective decision can be reasonably controlled, and the concordance index and the discordance index are also revised in order to make more significant meanings. Through this process, this method will be able to be applied in the real fuzzy environment.
